Early Valentine's Day Dinner

Valentine's Day falls on the 14th of February every year (DUH!!!!!) i mean the ang mo calendar okay...but both me and Stan have to serve loving couples who would be dining at the MW Restaurant on that very Saturday evening, we decided to go out for a table-for-two dinner at Tasmania's Best Fine Dining Restaurant *all applause*


We had a three-course A la Carte meal each, from entree to main and to sweet!



Japanese style rare seared Angus beef with ginger, mint and radish salad, toasted sesame and seaweed, warm ponzu dressing

Japanese Inspired Tian (green lip abalone, scallops, octopus with dashi jelly)


Salmon loin sprinkled with crushed pepper, served with mashed potatoe and pea moussealine



Ravioli of Harris Farm rabbit served with garlic sauce


Stillwater "Ecstacy" Plate: hazelnut mousse, mint jelly and passionfruit semi-freddo topped with brandy strawberry

Stillwater assiette of sweets: Belgian chocolate, layered brulee of honeycomb and orange syrup and sofeit with straps of mint and strawberries


Dinner was absolutely fantastic! Gorgeous!!!! Especially the sweet..........you will love it girls!


Happy Chinese New Year everyone! Gong xi fatt choy!!!! Oh well i miss home again........
